Installation

The Logic800 is extremely simple to install, and with the instruction pack provided, can be done by any electrical engineer. For more complicated installations we would be pleased to offer any help or assistance which may be required. Alternatively our engineers can install and commission the Logic800 onto your extrusion line.

Training

Usually the Logic800 is understood immediately by most extrusion operators, however the system does include a comprehensive and intuitive help directory. If required the Logic800 can be fitted with a modem allowing questions to be emailed direct to us.

We are able to provide ongoing training for your operators and engineers on the Logic800 and for administration staff on Logistic and Logician.

Service

We have chosen extremely rugged industrial components in the construction of the Logic800 however if a component should fail we offer a next day exchange replacement service.

The Logic800 can identify faults with the extrusion equipment, and with the modem connection we can help in the diagnosis, by checking the machine I/O status from our office.

Electrical Assembly

If upgrading an old equipment or even building new, Logic can manufacture complete electrical cabinets ready for assembly to the host machine. The cabinets will include electrical panels built to suit your application and fitted with all necessary electrical controls and switchgear.

All cabinets are built to the necessary controlling standards including EN60204-1 and EN954-1 and are supplied with a certificate of conformity.
