Production
Check the current total against order quantity, with a countdown timer
predicting the time to batch completion. Progress bars show graphically, how the
batch is progressing, and how close to completion of a reel or box. See the
total for the previous shift, running total, and total for the shift, even the
projected total for the shift.

Cost analysis
Logistic will automatically cost all the operations used in your
manufacturing line, including pre and post handling, electricity, labour and
materials. At the same time the total cost is compared against the target cost
to monitor the efficiency of the production run. The total cost is also compared
to the target sale cost to continuously give the profit margin. Finally the
total order value is analysed to show the cost and profit for the particular
order.

time. Configure logistic to keep a watch on any important operating
parameters, including screw speed, melt pressure, line speed, and

Runtime analysis
This
provides a powerful way to when the line is not working and why. For the current shift view the time
spent in all machine states including off, idle, running etc. When the
line is ready but not running look at the reasons why, spot a trend and
take action.
How
to improve reject levels!
For
reject analysis Logistic will allow up to ten user configurable reasons
for producing scrap, for example, browning, poor surface finish etc, and
then record the quantity produced and the cost!
