The Logic800 keeps to

a common format for data entry hence the set points and associated alarms can be set quickly using the pop up keypad.

Similar to the temperature set up page, two alarm levels are provided with the limit level warning the operator of out of tolerance product whilst the alarm level will take action, e.g., stopping the machine. 

Recipe stored output

data avoids the need to reconfigure the gauging system for each product.

Typically parameters such as speed of propagation, polarity etc, will need to altered for each product. The Logic800 stores this information in the recipe, updating the gauging system each time the recipe is loaded.
