Production count gives the operator information about the total order quantity required, and the number of reels or boxes required to complete the order.
The production counters will count up the number produced and also count down the quantity required to completion.
In addition, a countdown timer will inform the operator of the time remaining to complete a reel or box, and also the order. This give the operator time to prepare for a reel/box change, of tool change for a new product. |
